When John Denver wrote and sang his famous ballad “Rocky Mountain High”, he was painting a picture from the back porch of our ranch house. The Ghost River Ranch is located in So. Colorado, just four County Road miles east of Interstate 25 at Exit 64. A short fifteen miles to our west lie one million acres of National Forest. Our 6,000-acre ranch has been divided into 150 Lots of 35 acres or more. Each property comes with year-round road maintenance and electricity.
