• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day. For example, if you place an order at 6 PM on Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For example:

• Standard Shipping: $1.20 for orders up to 1 kg; an additional $0.60 for every extra kilogram.

• Expedited Shipping: $3 for orders up to 1 kg; an additional $1.20 for every extra kilogram.

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $24, regardless of weight.

Delivery Locations

Currently, we ship Worldwide.  Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our carriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. To reschedule delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@mustangmesa.com.

Mustang Mesa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
